Every year, the number of SPAM mail that we receive has been steadily increasing. It has reached the point that our mail server receives over 10,000 unwanted SPAM messages a day. By using the most up to date anti-spam filtering systems, we are able to block approximately 90% of such SPAM. Unfortunately, due to the auto-filtering nature of such software, occasionally we do not receive an e-mail from our valued customers, and such situations cause grief to both RIAX and our customers. It is also possible that our e-mail response may be filtered out by the anti-spam filtering software used by our customers.

We at RIAX strive to respond to customer e-mails within 1-2 business days, but in the rare case that you do not receive any response at all, we must apologetically ask you to take the time to either re-send the e-mail, or contact us by fax or telephone. Also, we would be privileged if you, our customer, enter our domain name (riax.com), into the trusted sites in your e-mail service or e-mail client software options.
